Steady

Terms of Use

Effective July 20, 2026

Educational use

Steady is an educational exercise guide and symptom journal. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and cannot determine the cause of dizziness or which ear is affected. Use guided exercises only after a healthcare professional has confirmed they are appropriate for you. If symptoms change or worsen, stop and seek medical care.

Safe use

Use guided exercises in a safe environment with room to lie down, and stop immediately if you feel worse or unsafe. Do not use Steady as a substitute for professional care or emergency services.

Subscriptions and purchases

Monthly and annual subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Settings. A free trial is shown only when Apple determines that your account is eligible; unless canceled, it converts to the annual subscription shown before purchase. Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Prices and available offers are displayed by Apple before confirmation.

Billing support

Apple processes payments, cancellations, and refund requests under its rules. Restoring purchases requires the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Availability and responsibility

The app and its content are provided as available, without guarantees of a particular health outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
